My work as a builder has been appreciated by every one. I am a real estate agent and have been extremely successful so far. I have completed many projects and have worked for big corporate houses of the town

Apart from being a real estate agent, I am a roofer also. I have done lot of design courses. Some of the major buildings of the town happen to be my creation. This is one major reason because of which I m so successful in the real estate business. By and large, it is the hard work that pays at the end.

My next project is a new housing society aided by government. The housing society is in the outskirts of the city. We have to build almost hundreds of houses. Since we are going for a housing society, we will have to build not only the houses however there will be an in-house hospital and the shopping complex

Since I have been bestowed with opportunity to do such a big project, I have hired some more roofers and designers also. I and my team members who are all designers are working on the layouts plans. This project is for almost five years, however it might take longer.

The solidified concrete base along with solid pillars has been made by us. All the required construction material and stuff has been bought to construction site. The terrace will have eco- friendly roofs.

Apart from this, internal walls and partitions between various floors will be all concrete solidified structures. This will be a high rise building and will contain many floors.

For the hospital and the market place will have simple flat roof and will be made using asphalt and the cabinets and another internals will be having wooden roofs. Other than this, ventilation in the roofs and the other things like flashing will also be done in order make it airy and leak proof.

We have been doing things at the fastest speed and we are also getting good support from higher officials as far as money is concerned. The roofers on board have been showing great results constantly and have been working under my guidance. It is my hard work because of which I got such a huge opportunity.
